Turned the page of the calendar today and couldn’t really grasp the fact that the first month of 2013 has gone by already… It feels like I was just making plans and goals a few days ago!
Some tidbits that happened in January:
- Close Reads Cafe got its very own webpage! (join our book club. + share the link with your bookworm friends.)
- my resume got a makeover
- bought the domain for this little blog & celebrated its one-year anniversary
- learned that there is a lifetime supply of googly eyes in our basement (craft suggestions, anyone?)
- saw the Titanic artifacts exhibit (+ geeked out the ENTIRE time. really, you have no idea.)
- was featured in a Q+A at The Write Teacher(s)
- celebrated my best friend Makenzie’s 23rd birthday with a sleepover
- watched my girl crush Jennifer Lawrence clean up at the Globes + SAG’s
And a sneak peek at plans for February…
- tracking my finances
- having some “self-love”
- journal. journal. journal.
- sending a month’s worth of letters (yes, I’m doing it again!)
- a girlfriends only Valentine’s Day party
- More Love Letters Sealed With Love campaign, a partnership with the United States Postal Service (eeee!)
